Welcome to Air Technicians, Inc.

Air conditioning today has a deeper meaning than it did 10 years ago. Back then it meant simply installing a gas furnace or an air conditioner. Today it should be labeled "Conditioning Air", which takes into account many other concerns. Indoor Air Quality is what you hear about today. I.A.Q. does cover heating and cooling but also includes humidification, dehumidification, air filtration, air purification and more.

Air Technicians, Inc. has been in the residential/custom residential heating and cooling industry for 28 years. Our company is dedicated to the engineering, design, installation, balancing and servicing of today's residential heating and air conditioning systems. Today's larger, more energy efficient homes require more engineering, design, and planning to develop a well "conditioned" and comfortable home. Air Technicians, Inc. has the training and experience to design a comfort system for your home and to meet your budget.

Products Available: All Major Brands

System Specs:
Single Stage & 2 Stage operations

Efficiencies:
80%, 90%, up to 95%

Today's gas furnaces come in 2 basic stages
and 3 levels of efficiency.

Single stage units: designed to come on
with the full capacity of the system to heat
or air conditioning the home to the required temperature
as quickly as possible.

Two stage units: designed to come on with
only one half the systems capacity to heat
or cool the home at a slower, more comfortable rate.
Second stage only comes on if and when the
thermostat senses first stage is not adequate,
hence a more comfortable rate of conditioning
with significant fuel savings

Zoning Systems: Using electronics to zone your home
into a more comfortable and manageable area.

Humidifiers: Any residential system with forced air will
dry out the indoor air requiring humidification to be put
back in.

Air Cleaners: These are higher efficiency filters than
standard furnace filters and are designed to remove
smaller air born contaminants that can cause discomfort
such as, pollen, pet dandor, dust mites, smoke, etc.

Air Purifiers: Designed to kill air born bacteria that
filters miss, such as bacteria, and mold.

Fresh Air Exchangers: Today's homes are becoming
tighter and tighter. Increasing efficiency of fuel bills
but creating more problems with poor indoor air
quality or "stale air." Air exchangers are designed
to ventilate "stale air" to the exterior of the home
while bringing "fresh air" in.
